Jennifer Cyran is the Managing Director of Behavioral Health at Â鶹ÊÓƵ.
She oversees Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s Helpline portfolio, including the Massachusetts Substance Use and Problem Gambling Helplines, the Illinois Helpline, and the Vermont HelpLink. She joined Â鶹ÊÓƵ in 2006 as an Information & Referral Specialist, connecting individuals to addiction treatment and other public health resources. She has also led data, training, and technology projects at Mass211. Jen has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Northeastern University and master’s degree in organizational psychology from William James College. She is a Certified Project Management Professional, a Certified Resource Specialist, and a Certified Information and Referral Specialist. Jen is passionate about authentic, collaborative leadership.
